The Logistics MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting logistics and transportation data. The role ensures accurate MIS reporting, supports decision-making, and improves operational efficiency through data analysis and coordination with logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics operations

• Maintain shipment tracking data, delivery status, and freight movement reports

• Analyze transportation costs, TAT, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams for data accuracy

• Maintain records of invoices, PODs, freight bills, and vendor performance

• Ensure timely updating of dashboards and management reports

• Identify gaps, delays, and discrepancies in logistics data and report them

• Support audits and compliance by maintaining proper documentation

• Assist in process improvement initiatives using data insights

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports)

• Basic understanding of logistics & supply chain processes

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain MIS

• Hands-on experience with ERP / TMS systems (if applicable)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
