The Logistics MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining logistics data, preparing operational reports, tracking shipments, and providing accurate MIS support to ensure smooth logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

• Track dispatches, deliveries, transit status, and pending shipments.

• Update and manage logistics data in Excel and ERP systems.

• Monitor vehicle movement, route performance, and delivery timelines.

• Generate reports related to freight costs, transportation expenses, and operational KPIs.

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for data collection and verification.

• Maintain records of invoices, PODs (Proof of Delivery), LR copies, and shipment documents.

• Analyze logistics data and highlight delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.

• Support management with dashboards, data analysis, and performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation).

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Logistics Operations, or Supply Chain Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/TMS software.

• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
