MIS Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and monitor all purchase and sales orders within the MIS system.

The role also requires monitoring inventory levels and initiating procurement actions to prevent stock shortages.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, an alert mindset, and the ability to take ownership of inventory and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Enter, update, and maintain all Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in the MIS system.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions.

Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment

• Monitor stock levels regularly and maintain predefined minimum inventory levels.

• Identify SKUs that are nearing reorder levels or are out of stock.

• Generate purchase requirements and place replenishment orders in a timely manner.

• Track pending purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory, sales, and purchase records in the MIS system.

• Generate periodic reports related to stock position, order status, inventory ageing, and stock shortages.

• Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations for improved stock management.
