Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate reports to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage and update sales, inventory, and operational data.

• Analyze data and generate reports for management.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify information.

• Create dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

• Support management with data analysis and business insights.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role (Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
