Sales Coordinator – Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Coordination

Act as central point of contact between Admin and Sales Executives.

Track daily sales activities, targets vs achievements.

Ensure timely reporting from sales team.

Distributor Management

Maintain updated list of distributors, contact details & credit terms.

Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups with distributors.

Resolve distributor queries in coordination with sales team & admin.

Data Management & Reporting

Collect daily / weekly sales data from field team.

Update MIS, dashboards, and CRM/Excel trackers.

Share consolidated reports with Admin & Management.

Order & Documentation Support

Process distributor orders and confirm dispatch status.

Ensure invoices, challans, and payment records are properly maintained.

Assist in compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Performance Monitoring

Track sales team performance against monthly/quarterly targets.

Highlight gaps and suggest corrective actions.

Maintain incentive/commission records for sales staff.
