Job Role: US – Timesheet Executive
5 Days Working (Sat-Sun off)

Job Location: Raipur, Telibandha Chowk

Job Type: Work from Office

Shift Timing: US Time Zone (Night Shift - 09:15 Min or Shift timing)

• For Male Candidate: 7:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST (in between 9hrs of shift is given to the employee) Its not a Rotational Shift.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Extract data from the online portals.

• Need enter these data into the Excel files.

• Interact with US candidates regarding their hours they worked for the previous week.

• Solve the queries of the candidates regarding entering of hours into the online portals via e-mail and calls.

Requirements:

1. Should have good advanced excel skills(VLookup, HLookup, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Table, SumIF, COUNTIF Formulas).

2. The candidate must have a background in accounting.

3. 0-1 years of work experience in Accounts Background or Freshers with good knowledge of Accounting and Excel.

4. Good English speaking skills.

5. Comfortable for Night shift and work from Office for Raipur CG Location.
