Skills Required & competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

Good communication and coordination skills
60 % data management & excel work.
Maintain and update databases using excel.
Create and manage Reports, charts and data analysis.
HR hiring calls (40%)
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
