Project: Telecom Demographic Entry Process

Compensation: Fixed Monthly Contract Payment (as agreed)

Role Overview

Athina Infotech is hiring Part-Time Data Entry Associates on a contract basis for execution of the Telecom Demographic Entry Project.

This role is strictly performance-driven and requires consistent speed, accuracy, and discipline within assigned 5-hour daily shifts.

This is not a permanent employment position and is governed by a project-based contract agreement.

Working Schedule

• Shift timing will be assigned by management

• Punctuality is mandatory

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Minimum typing accuracy: 90%+

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work under defined targets

• Willingness to follow SOP and confidentiality guidelines

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform online data entry as per client specifications

• Maintain required daily productivity within 5-hour shift

• Ensure strict accuracy standards

• Follow project guidelines and validation formats

• Maintain confidentiality of all processed data

• Submit assigned workload within defined timelines

Performance Standards

• Accuracy directly impacts project billing

• Rework may be assigned if quality benchmarks are not met

• Repeated failure to maintain standards may result in contract termination

Contract Terms

• This is a project-based contractual engagement

• No long-term employment guarantee

• Contract continuation depends on:

  • Accuracy

  • Productivity

  • Discipline

  • Project availability

• Insurance benefits (if applicable) start only after successful training and onboarding approval

• It is a Part Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
