We are Hiring For Operations MIS Executive in Malad Location

Require : Female Only

Flexible Office Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30 PM AND 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Weekly off : Sunday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Qualification : Any Graduate

Skills : Advanced Excel Certificate ,Multi Tasking Person ,Problem Solving and Team Coordination.

Salary : 25k to 45k (Depend Upon Experience)

Role Overview

The Operations MIS Executive will be responsible for managing operational data, creating accurate reports, and supporting automation initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, visibility into key business metrics, and timely insights for management.

Job Role :

Create, maintain, reports, and data visualizations for operations, sales, procurement, and finance teams.

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Tech teams to gather requirements and design MIS solutions.

• Ensure timely and accurate generation of daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS reports.

• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending data-driven solutions.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data accuracy, and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, database maintenance, and query optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Excel (Advanced level, Macros)

• Understanding of data hygiene, data governance, and reporting structures.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.

• Effective teamwork and collaboration to work with multiple functions.

• Good project management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
