*JOB DESCRIPTION - MIS EXECUTIVE*

*Company:* Padmavati Extrusion Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad

*Salary:* Rs. 25,000 per month

*Job Role:*

We are looking for an MIS Executive to handle daily reports, Excel, and data management for our manufacturing unit.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Reporting & Data Management*

- Prepare Daily Production Report, Stock Report & Dispatch Report

- Create daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for management

*2. Excel & Systems*

- Must be expert in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS)

- Data entry and data accuracy

*3. Costing & Analysis*

- Calculate per kg production cost

- Track raw material consumption vs production

*4. Coordination*

- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production departments

- Send daily reports to Director on WhatsApp/Email

*Requirements:*

- Qualification: Graduate

- Experience: 2+ Years in Manufacturing

- Skills: Advanced Excel, Good Communication

- Location: Must be from Faridabad / Ballabgarh
