Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Analyze sales data to track performance against targets.

• Maintain databases, dashboards, and sales trackers.

• Present insights and reports to the MIS Manager for business planning.

2. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and proposals.

• Handle client follow-ups regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.

• Liaise with accounts, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Support sales managers and executives in achieving business targets.

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain proper documentation of sales agreements, invoices, and records.

• Assist in preparing presentations, sales pitches, and client communications.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Reports).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
