MIS Executive – Job Description Job Title: MIS Executive Department: Business Intelligence Location: Marol, Andheri Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role involves preparing, analysing, and reporting sales data to support strategic decision-making and monitor sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales MIS reports using advanced Excel functions such as COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, MATCH & INDEX, RANK, and LENGTH. • Develop and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, and trackers to summarize sales performance. • Apply Conditional Formatting and Data Validation to ensure data quality and highlight exceptions/trends. • Analyse sales trends and performance metrics and provide actionable insights. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data coming from multiple sources. • Must do Inter Department Coordination to fulfil data requirements. • Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines.
