Role Objective

The MIS Executive will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and managing manufacturing and operational data through MES, SAP, and Advanced Excel. The role supports management decision making by preparing accurate reports, monitoring production performance, tracking inventory and procurement data, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch.

• Extract and analyze operational data from MES and SAP systems.

• Maintain production, material, and performance dashboards for management review.

• Monitor production output, machine utilization, and efficiency data.

• Support departments with analytical reports for decision making.

• Maintain data accuracy across MES, SAP, and Excel systems.

• Prepare reports related to inventory status, material consumption, and shortages.

• Track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and inventory movement data.

• Prepare production planning and material requirement reports.

• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers.

• Analyze trends in production, rejection, downtime, and inventory.

• Support cross-functional teams with real-time operational data.

• Maintain documentation and record systems related to operational data.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MES systems

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboards)

• Data analysis and reporting capability

• Manufacturing data tracking and reporting

Industry Experience

Candidates must have experience working in mechanical or manufacturing industries such as CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, or industrial component manufacturing.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Strong Advanced Excel capability

• Hands-on experience with MES systems

• Working exposure to SAP

• Experience in manufacturing data reporting

• Strong analytical and reporting mindset

Qualification

B.Com / BBA / Diploma / B.Tech / Mechanical or relevant qualification with experience in manufacturing MIS operations.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
