Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Gather data from various internal departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across digital records.

• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, tracking KPIs like sales, inventory, and performance metrics.

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify operational trends, patterns, and anomalies that can improve business strategy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams like HR, Finance, and Sales to gather inputs and support department heads with verified data.

• System Maintenance: Maintain and update reporting systems, databases, and reporting tools to ensure secure data flow.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related business field.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Familiarity with data visualization and database management tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to interpret data logically.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex numbers in clear, non-technical language to management.
