Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive for our transport operations who has excellent command over MS Excel and can manage daily transport data, MIS reporting, and operational coordination with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly transport MIS reports.

• Update and manage data related to trips, vehicle movement, delivery status, POD, fuel, and billing.

• Track vehicle utilization, turnaround time (TAT), delays, and exceptions.

• Coordinate with transport supervisors, drivers, warehouse, and billing teams for data collection.

• Ensure 100% data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting to management.

• Maintain proper documentation and records (soft & hard copies).

• Support audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory) – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis

• Knowledge of Transport MIS, LR/GR, POD, trip sheets

• Understanding of freight, fuel, and billing data

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines

• Knowledge of TMS / ERP systems is an added advantage

Working Days & Shift

• 6 Days Working

• Shift-based (as per transport operations)

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
(Based on experience and Excel/MIS skill level)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
