About the Role

We are a leading e-commerce company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive – Operations to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing MIS reports, and assisting in operational analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Monitor operational data related to inward, outward, and inventory processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

• Support the operations team with timely insights and performance analysis.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data.

• Identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas through data analysis.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS or a related field.

• Graduate (minimum qualification).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Key Skills

• Good understanding of operations processes.

• Basic knowledge of inward, outward, and inventory management.

• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret MIS reports.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

• Rational Week Off and Shift (Day but different timing)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
