The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining transport-related data such as vehicle movement, fuel usage, trip records, and operational performance. The role ensures accurate reporting to support decision-making and smooth transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily transport MIS reports (trip details, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, etc.)
Track vehicle movement, route performance, and delivery status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Monitor fuel usage, toll, and maintenance expenses
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for data accuracy
Maintain records of vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits, agreements)
Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Handle vendor billing, trip sheet verification, and invoice validation
Ensure timely submission of reports to management
Support audit and compliance-related documentation
