Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze company data through advanced Excel reports and dashboards. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Manage large data sets using MS Excel

Create and update dashboards, trackers, and reports

Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas

Maintain employee, sales, inventory, and operational data

Generate performance reports for management review

Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams

Prepare attendance, payroll, and recruitment trackers if required

Analyze trends and provide actionable insights

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel

Good command on:

Pivot Table

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

IF / Nested IF

Conditional Formatting

Data Validation

Charts & Dashboards

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Basic communication skills

Qualification

Graduate in BBA / B.Com / BA / Any Stream

Certification in Advanced Excel preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in MIS reporting / HR reporting / sales reporting

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply
