Job Summary

Responsible for purchase operations, stock analysis, PO processing, vendor coordination, billing reconciliation, and management reporting to ensure optimal stock availability and supply efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Download, clean, and share daily stock reports with Management.

Maintain Daily Master Sheet (GRN & PO till date).

Analyze sales and stock trends.

Identify low stock and fast-moving articles for PO planning.

Create, process, and track Purchase Orders; share approved PO PDFs with vendors.

Coordinate with billing team and prepare Order vs Supply reports.

Prepare short supply reports (store-wise, department-wise).

Identify and resolve system discrepancies (blocked codes, MRPs, etc.).

Prepare PO vs GRN and Vendor Fill Rate reports.

Share monthly brand-wise sales and stock reports with vendors and Management.

Skills & Requirements

Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Experience in retail purchase & inventory management.

ERP/system handling experience preferred.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
