MIS Executive

We are looking for an MIS Executive who is proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace and can manage, clean, analyze, and present data for accurate business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MIS reports using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

• Fetch and consolidate data from multiple Google Sheets/files into a single reporting format.

• Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reports for management.

• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, FILTER, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.

• Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, missing information, and errors before reporting.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.

• Maintain proper file structure, sharing permissions, and data organization within Google Workspace.

• Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

• Strong understanding of data cleaning, consolidation, and reporting.

• Ability to create interactive dashboards and management reports.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of Google Apps Script will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
