Key Responsibilities
Report Generation: Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance tracking trackers.
Data Management: Collect, reconcile, and validate raw data from various departments like sales, finance, and operations.
Dashboard Maintenance: Build and update interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Data Quality Control: Audit shared spreadsheets and datasets to spot logic errors, missing fields, or broken links.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with regional managers and internal teams to answer ad-hoc data requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced Excel: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, Power Query, and conditional formulas.
Technical Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence software (Microsoft Power BI or Tableau) and basic SQL.
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to process large datasets efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data handling and corporate reporting
