Job Title: MIS Executive (JavaScript, Google Apps Script, FMS/IMS/PMS)

Location: [Mansarovar garden , New Delhi]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Executive who possesses a strong command of JavaScript and Google Apps Script, along with hands-on experience managing Facility Management Systems (FMS) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS). The ideal candidate should be able to create, automate, and manage customized MIS reports and dashboards to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate reports using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and JavaScript.

Create custom scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows.

Maintain and enhance existing Facility Management System (FMS) and Inventory Management System (IMS).

Manage and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for different departments.

Design dashboards and tools to track daily operations, KPIs, stock movement, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.

Coordinate with various teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to scripts, data discrepancies, or system integration.

Ensure proper documentation and version control of all scripts and process workflows.
