MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at Jai Ambey Accessories in Karol Bagh, Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and a strong comfort level with numbers to manage, analyze, and report data efficiently to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize daily operational data with absolute accuracy in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Advanced Analytics: Utilize Advanced Excel functions and Pivot Tables to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and spot irregularities.

• Reporting: Create, generate, and present regular MIS reports and summaries for internal management to assist in quick decision-making.

• Data Integrity: Verify data accuracy, audit errors promptly, and ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive business information.

• Coordination: Support backend office operations and assist other departments with administrative data needs.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate and above (A background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce is highly preferred).

• Experience: 1 - 4 years of proven experience in Back Office, Data Entry, or an MIS role.

• Technical Skills (Must-Have): • Expertise in Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets (specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas).

  • Strong computer knowledge, internet surfing, and structured email writing.

• Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong mathematical/analytical thinking.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
