Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyse data, generate reports, and support business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and maintain data from various departments

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Generate dashboards and reports using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports

• Maintain databases and update records regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection

• Identify trends and provide actionable insights

• Automate reports using advanced Excel tools

• Support management with data-driven decision making

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros preferred)

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MIS Tools

• Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle large datasets

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA / Any Graduate)

• Certification in Excel / MIS / Data Analytics is a plus
