Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Work on large data sets and maintain accurate reporting.

• Create reports using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.

• Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, and other Excel formulas.

• Consolidate data from multiple Excel files/sheets and prepare management reports.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.

• Maintain daily trackers and update reports within defined timelines.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the management/team.

• Analyze data and highlight basic trends, gaps, and discrepancies.

• Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of all MIS reports.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Pivot Tables

  • VLOOKUP

  • HLOOKUP

  • XLOOKUP

  • SUMIF / SUMIFS

  • COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

  • IF / Nested IF

  • Conditional Formatting

  • Data Sorting & Filtering

  • Basic Charts

• Good data handling and analytical skills.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Excel Reporting preferred.

• Candidates from Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, or Operations will be preferred.

Key Requirement

Candidate must be proficient in Advanced Excel and able to independently create MIS reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and Excel formulas.
