Dear Candidate,

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of MIS Executive at HopeBerry Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Prepare Land records, Map them in Maps

Use QGIS ang Google Earth for Mapping of Land records

Maintain and update large datasets in Excel

Generate dashboards and performance reports

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to management

Coordinate with various departments for data collection

Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Automate reports using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Track KPIs and business performance

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)

Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas

Basic knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets (preferred)

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred)

1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS or data reporting
