🚀 We're Hiring: Billing Analyst – Data & Reporting

📍 Porvorim, Goa | Work From Office

🕒 Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Friday) - Night Shift

⏳ Experience: 1+ Years in Advance Excel and Data Processing

What You'll Do:

🔹 Manage client billing, invoicing, and payment-related operations with high accuracy

🔹 Analyze large volumes of data to identify discrepancies, trends, and actionable insights

🔹 Prepare and maintain MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and operational reports

🔹 Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data integrity

🔹 Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and business analysis

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to resolve billing and operational issues

🔹 Support decision-making through data-driven reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For:

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ Minimum 1 year of professional work experience

✔ Strong command of MS Excel - Basic and Advance (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Reporting)

✔ Proficiency in MS Outlook and professional email communication

✔ Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong written and verbal English communication

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

✔ Willingness to work night shifts (Mon–Fri)

Added Advantage:

⭐ Experience with MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
