MIS EXECUTIVE

Role: MIS Executive

Location: Andheri ( Marol )

Working Hours : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM ( 6 days Working )

Industry : FMCG trading industry

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and data management to handle MIS reporting, analysis, and day-to-day reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Analyze large sets of data and prepare meaningful reports.

Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other Advanced Excel functions.

Maintain and update databases and reporting formats.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.

Identify data discrepancies and ensure proper data reconciliation.

Create dashboards and management reports as required.

Required Skills

Thorough knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong understanding of Pivot Tables and data analysis.

Good knowledge of Advanced Excel formulas and functions.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

3–5 years of relevant working experience as an MIS Executive.

Candidates with strong Advanced Excel and MIS reporting experience preferred.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
