*JOB SUMMARY*

We are seeking a dual-role professional who can perform high-volume, accurate data entry while also managing the organization's Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will enter raw data from source documents, clean and validate it and then transform it into meaningful reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

JD is as follows -

• Enter, update and verify high volumes of data from source into Excel

• Maintain 40–60 WPM typing speed with ≥98% accuracy

• Perform first-level data validation

• Remove duplicates, correct formatting errors and fill missing values

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with protection policies

• Collect and consolidate data from sales, finance, inventory, HR

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports (sales, inventory, productivity, financial)

• Design automated Excel templates (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)

• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management

• Maintain MIS systems and troubleshoot data discrepancies

• Train non-technical staff on data entry standards and report usage

• Maintain and improve existing MIS systems; troubleshoot data discrepancies.
