Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data through accurate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources

• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and dashboards

• Analyse trends, variances, and performance metrics

• Share actionable insights with stakeholders and management

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data

• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data inputs

• Support audits, reviews, and management presentations

• Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

• Working knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis

• Attention to detail and high accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Clear communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree

• Relevant MIS experience: 1–3 years
