About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our business operations through accurate data management, reporting, and analysis. The role involves preparing management reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring timely availability of information to support decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and other tools
 Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple departments
 Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity
 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights
 Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis
 Ensure timely submission of reports and dashboards
 Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for correction
 Maintain documentation and reporting formats.
 Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts)
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 Good communication and coordination skills
 Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Qualification
 Graduate in any discipline
 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome)
