Job Title: MIS Executive

Department: Operations / Administration / Finance (as applicable)

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Generate dashboards and presentations for management review

• Track KPIs and performance metrics

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely data submission

• Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically

• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

• Support audits and compliance-related data requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and basic data tools

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications / Any discipline

• Certification in MIS or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management

• Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in healthcare, operations, finance, or service industry (optional)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
