Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, generating daily/weekly/monthly reports, and ensuring data accuracy for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Collect, analyze, and validate data from different departments

• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Generate performance, sales, operations, and financial reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification

• Track KPIs and share insights with management

• Maintain records, dashboards, and documentation

• Support management in planning and decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Basic knowledge of MIS tools, dashboards, and reporting systems

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports

• Good communication and coordination skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
