MIS Executive – Reporting & Analytics

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, analytical MIS Executive to build and manage reporting systems, dashboards, and data workflows that drive decision-making across the company. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, works fluently with modern AI tools, and can turn raw data into clear, actionable information.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management

• Consolidate data from production, sales, procurement, and quality into reliable formats

• Build and improve data workflows using Excel and web-based tools

• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and problem-solving

• Identify gaps in existing systems and propose practical improvements

Required Skills

• Strong IQ and problem-solving ability

· Strong practical AI skills — able to use Claude / ChatGPT to build dashboards, generate formulas and Apps Script, automate reports, and analyze data, with good prompt-writing and the judgement to verify output before use — mandatory.

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, automation)

• Knowledge of web development (basic front-end / scripting an advantage)

· Exposure to Looker Studio / Power BI or Google Apps Script — a strong advantage.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent).

· 2–5 years in an MIS / reporting / data-analysis role, preferably in manufacturing or trading.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
