MIS Executive

Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production, sales, and stock reports.

● Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping across various departments.

● Analyze trends in jewellery type consumption, inventory movement, and vendor performance.

● Work closely with purchase, production, accounts, and sales teams for accurate data collection.

● Generate order-wise, design-wise, and karigar-wise reports for management review.

● Design and implement formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, and advanced Excel models for data analysis.

● Monitor discrepancies and provide timely alerts for corrective actions.

● Assist in stock reconciliation, wastage tracking, and cost control reporting.

● Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

xcellent command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.

● Good understanding of mathematical calculations, percentages, and variance analysis. Appscript and Java Script

● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Power BI / Google workspace

Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing or retail processes

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
