MIS Executive

Job Summary•

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive who can go beyond basic reporting and build interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and manage large datasets efficiently. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in •Google Sheets, Excel, and basic scripting (App Script)•.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage advanced dashboards• for Sales, Marketing & Operations

Build automated reporting systems• using Google Sheets & Excel

Write and manage Google Apps Script• for workflow automation

Handle large datasets•, data cleaning, and structuring

Track and monitor KPIs, sales performance, and lead funnels•

Integrate data from multiple sources into a single reporting system•

• Reduce manual work by automating repetitive processes

Provide actionable insights• for business decision-making

Mandatory Skills (Strict Filter)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel•

• Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Analysis

Strong hands-on experience in Google Sheets•

• QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA

Working knowledge of Google Apps Script (must)•

Experience in dashboard creation (interactive & automated)•

Ability to automate reports and workflows•

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (High Value)

Experience with CRM / Lead Management systems•

Basic understanding of APIs & data integrations•

Knowledge of Data Visualization tools• (Power BI / Looker Studio)

• Sales / Marketing MIS experience

Qualifications

• Graduate

Minimum 1+ years of relevant MIS / Data handling experience•

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
