MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience in data management, reporting, and analysis using Google Workspace tools. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining reports, managing data accuracy, and supporting business operations through effective MIS reporting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Manage and analyze data using Google Sheets.

• Create dashboards, reports, and data summaries for management.

• Use formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation in Google Sheets.

• Work with Google Forms for data collection and reporting.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency.

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.

• Support management with data analysis and performance tracking.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible.

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive)

• Good understanding of Excel / Spreadsheet formulas (VLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Table, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

⭐ Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of Google Apps Script

• Experience in Dashboard creation

• Experience with FMS / IMS systems

• Basic understanding of data automation

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
