🧾 Job Summary

The MIS Coordinator is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decision-making. The role ensures accurate MIS reports, data integrity, and timely submission of operational, sales, and performance reports across departments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements

• Collect data from internal teams and ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and trackers

• Coordinate with sales, HR, finance, and operations teams for data validation

• Generate performance dashboards and summaries for management review

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

• Support audits, reviews, and management presentations

• Improve MIS processes for better efficiency and reporting accuracy

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Any discipline (Commerce, Management, IT preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Operations Support

• Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Office

• Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication & coordination skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
