• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Create Excel-based reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and dashboards.

• Collect data from different departments and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

• Share MIS reports with management and concerned teams as per defined timelines and requirements.

• Track key business metrics and highlight variances, trends, and exceptions.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports.

• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data policies.

• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management.

• Continuously improve reporting formats and automation wherever possible.

• Show willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as required by the organization.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation).

• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.

• Good understanding of data handling and reporting accuracy.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Logical thinking and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and reporting methods.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
