Job Description – MIS Executive

Company: Aldeko Panels Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Delhi

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: Negotiable (As per experience)

Job Responsibilities:

1. - Monitor and track KRAs of all employees.

2. - Ensure all employees complete their assigned tasks within deadlines.

3. - Coordinate with different departments for daily work updates.

4. - Follow up with employees on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

5. - Maintain task trackers and prepare regular progress reports.

6. - Monitor work progress and highlight delays to management.

7. - Ensure smooth coordination and proper workflow across departments.

Required Skills:

1. - Good communication and coordination skills.

2. - Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

3. - Strong follow-up and deadline management skills.

4. - Good organisational and time-management skills.

5. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
