MIS Executive

Company: Aar Dee Foils Private Limited
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Aar Dee Foils Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing MIS reports, maintaining records, and providing accurate information to support management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel, databases, and company systems.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries.

• Check data accuracy, identify errors, and correct discrepancies on time.

• Analyze business, sales, production, inventory, and other operational data as required.

• Maintain proper physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.

• Improve reporting processes and ensure timely submission of reports.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

Required Skills & Tools

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is compulsory.

• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.

• Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of ERP software or business management systems will be preferred.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple reports and tasks within deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 3–6+ years in MIS, Data Management, Reporting, or a similar role.

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, sales, inventory, production, or business reporting will be preferred.
