Job Title: MIS Executive

Department: Operations / MIS

Reporting To: Operations Manager / MIS Head

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting management with accurate and timely information. The role requires strong advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Maintain and update large datasets with accuracy

• Create dashboards and analytical reports for management

• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports

• Coordinate with different departments to collect required data

• Automate reports using advanced Excel functions

• Track KPIs and generate performance summaries

• Maintain proper documentation and report archives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or reporting role

• Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory, including:

  • VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

  • Advanced formulas (IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH)

  • Data Validation & Conditional Formatting

  • Excel Dashboards & Report Automation

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of MIS tools

Job Location:-Mohan cooperative New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days
