Job Overview

We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Executive to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for elevator systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning preventive maintenance, coordinating service activities, resolving breakdowns, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the elevator, construction, or engineering industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for elevator systems.

• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance visits.

• Coordinate with service technicians for daily maintenance activities.

• Ensure timely response and resolution of elevator breakdowns.

• Monitor elevator performance and identify recurring technical issues.

• Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and checklists.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related queries.

• Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and payment collections.

• Coordinate with the stores team for spare parts and replacements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Support troubleshooting and handle critical service escalations.

Requirements

• Graduate, Diploma, or ITI qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in service and maintenance.

• Experience in the elevator, construction, or engineering industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of elevator systems and maintenance processes.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple service teams and sites.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and service reporting tools.

• Good problem-solving and planning skills.

• Female candidates are preferred.
