Job Title: Legal Typist
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Typist to prepare and format legal documents with high accuracy. The candidate should have excellent typing speed, strong knowledge of MS Word, and the ability to handle confidential legal records.
Key Responsibilities:
Type legal documents, affidavits, petitions, agreements, and notices.
Draft, edit, and format legal correspondence.
Maintain and organize legal files and records.
Ensure accuracy, grammar, and document formatting.
Coordinate with advocates and office staff for document preparation.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Legal Typist or Document Typist.
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal document formatting.
Good English and Hindi typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
