Location: Tin Factory, Kr puram, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹22,000

• CTC: Up to ₹26,000

• Incentives: Up to ₹8,000 (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per company guidelines

• Handle Video KYC processes ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Verify customer documents and ensure autenticity.

• Maintain proper records of verification processes

• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Attention to detail and accuracy in verification processes

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Prior experience in KYC / Verification process is an added advantage
