KYC Associate

We are looking for a KYC Verification Executive to handle customer/document verification and ensure accurate processing of KYC-related activities. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC verification of customer documents and information.

• Verify customer details against available records and required documents.

• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain verification records.

• Follow defined KYC procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Escalate doubtful or incomplete cases to the concerned team.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Complete assigned verification tasks within defined TAT.

• Prepare and maintain daily work/verification reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of KYC and document verification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer applications.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a target- and TAT-driven environment.

• Willingness to work in the 2 PM–11 PM shift.
