We are seeking a structured, energetic Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our daily back-of-house operations. In this role, you will lead our kitchen team, maintain strict safety and sanitation rules, and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen at peak quality. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, thrives under pressure, and has a strong background in commercial food preparation
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict food handling, health code, and sanitation regulations.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, place supplier orders, and implement strategies to reduce food waste.
Training & Mentorship: Onboard and train new hires on kitchen safety, equipment usage, and cooking techniques.
