We are looking for a Junior Coordinator to join our team at Appalto Electronics Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher only
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, spares, materials, tools, and field team records.
Coordinate site requirements, material dispatch/returns, and open challans.
Maintain tour advances, expenses, tour bills, and daily/monthly reports.
Track field engineers' site allocation, travel, work progress, and completion deadlines.
Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, Sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with tour and safety/PPE policies.
Support field teams with required tools, materials, and administrative coordination.
Required Skills: Good communication, coordination, MS Excel, documentation, problem-solving, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with field teams and handling multiple responsibilities.
