Inventory Executive – Manufacturing
Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
CTC: ₹ 25k – 30k per month
Qualification: PUC
Experience: 1–2 years

Role Description:
The Inventory Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient availability, movement, and control of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and other production-related materials. The role requires close coordination with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams to ensure accurate stock levels and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Points:
· Oversee and manage overall inventory operations.
· Work with BOM (Bill of Materials) and monitor material consumption against production.
· Monitor stock levels.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
· Coordinate closely with the Purchase Department for procurement and stock requirements.
· Ensure smooth coordination between different departments
· Daily data entry of inventory transactions in the system
· Ability to work with and adapt to the company’s ERP software for inventory management.
· Manage and maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
· Monitor daily stock movement, material consumption, receipts, issues, and transfers.
· Ensure optimum stock availability to support production plans and customer orders.
· Track and control inventory of key incense manufacturing materials such as bamboo sticks, powders, perfumes/fragrances, essential oils, and packaging materials.
· Maintain inventory records and update all transactions accurately in the ERP system.
· Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
· Monitor production and packing material wastage and highlight abnormal variances.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
· Ensure accuracy of inventory data and investigate physical versus system stock discrepancies.
· Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office tools.
· Knowledge Advanced Excel skills
