🏢 Company: Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Private Limited
📍 Location: Vapi, Gujarat
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Team Leader – Insurance Operations.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle Life, Health & Motor Insurance operations.
Manage pre-login queries and post-issuance servicing.
Monitor policy issuance TATs and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, partners, customers, and sales teams.
Handle refunds, policy persistency, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Support team management, training, and coaching.
🔹 Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Basic knowledge of Life, Health & Motor Insurance Operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Team management and problem-solving abilities.
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
